We are hiring for a licensed therapist. Hybrid. Flexible schedule.

Job Opening:

Licensed clinicians interested in flexible hours to provide psychotherapy for adults (Fall 2026)

The ideal candidate has a warm, mindful interpersonal style, a genuine enthusiasm for clinical work of a mind-body nature, and appreciation for trauma-informed approaches.

We have space for 2 hires that fit one of the following categories:

1) Part-time clinician who is fully licensed and able to practice independently. This position is in-person, hybrid, or telehealth (must be located in PA). Clinician must be available for 5 hours per week or more.

2) Licensed full-time clinician who is available to see an average of 25 clients per week. This position includes benefits. We are looking for a clinician who is able to do hybrid (must be located in PA).

3) CBT-I trained clinician. We have a growing waitlist and need help! We welcome a clinician who is newer to CBT-I, as long as you've completed formal training. Regular consultation is available, and especially encouraged if you're early in your CBT-I experience. Hybrid or telehealth-only is welcome. Must be located in PA, but not necessarily local to the practice.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain a caseload of clients (18 years or older)

  • Provide ethical, legal, and clinically astute treatment and record-keeping within the bounds of one’s competency areas

  • Engage in professionally navigated assessment and diagnosis, treatment goal planning, therapy, and communication with outside providers

  • Meet and maintain all requirements for active licensure with your governing State Board in a timely manner

  • Follow the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Ayama Psychotherapy LLC, which include active participation in case consultation and creating space for meaningful self-care

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, or social work. You must be located in PA and have an active license or current license eligibility in PA. We do check references and will be discrete.

Compensation:

Rates are competitive and commensurate with degree. Full-time positions include health benefits, paid sick time, and other perks.
